ScreenPro
is a compact, reliable system that
simplifies the task of supporting
professional-quality video presentations.
The unit combines a video router,
two video scalers and a full-featured
control panel in a single integrated
package. ScreenPro's eight universal
inputs accept composite video, S-Video,
component and computer video sources
(640x480 VGA to 1600x1200 UXGA). The
input video is converted directly
to the native resolution or "sweet
spot" of the projection device
to optimize image quality. The operator
can transition seamlessly between
the eight different high-resolution
video sources.

| VFC-2200 DE |
This
unit is designed to support professional
quality presentations and performs
seamless transition effects including
cuts, fades, dissolves, curtain open/close,
grids, and wipes. Digital Effects
include Luminance Keying as well as
smooth Picture-in-Picture (PIP) resizing
and moves to support advanced PIP
features such as Pull On, Push Off,
and Compression.
The VFC-2200DE incorporates two
high-performance video scalers and
a video mixer. The video scalers
automatically lock to video inputs
with horizontal scan rates up to
95 KHz. The scalers support conversion
of videos with resolutions up to
2048 x 1280. The input videos are
converted to a common high-resolution
RGB output format selected by the
user. Output video timing parameters
are fully programmable. Both interlaced
and non-interlaced video output
formats with resolutions up to 1280
x 1024 are supported. The scaled
outputs are routed to the rear of
the unit as well as to an internal
video mixer. The internal mixer
supports seamless transitions as
well as luminance keying functions.
Control is provided via user-friendly
front panel menus or in real time
via an RS-232/485 port. Multiple
VFC-2200DE units can be connected
via a single control link to support
fully integrated control for large
presentations. The VFC-2200DE supports
smooth, continuous pan and zoom
functions for each of the scaled
video channels. The operator selects
the portion of the input image to
be processed. This input area of
interest may consist of the full
image or a selected input "window."
The video within the input area
of interest may be rescaled to fill
a selected output window for Picture-In-Picture
(PIP) displays or to fill the entire
output display. Pan and zoom parameters
are fully rogrammable. PIP windows
can be smoothly resized and moved
in real time. Pull On and Push Off
effects can be implemented to allow
windows to be moved smoothly on
or off -screen. All aspects of the
scaling and mixing process may be
controlled either via the front
panel or the serial link. The unit
may also be programmed to store
up to 96 user-defined configurations.
